Shower Enclosures
We understand that the shower enclosure is the focal point of the bathroom. JSM will seamlessly handle this difficult process which includes field measuring and final approval by our customer prior to any fabrication to ensure a successful installation. From custom, high-end heavy glass frameless enclosures, to semi-frameless and framed bypass doors, we guarantee the quality of our install. All enclosures are offered in a variety of finishes from the modern look of matte black, to the timeless look of chrome or brushed nickel.
Closet Organization
The importance of offering better closet storage solutions has become more prevalent in recent years as an economical way to increase value to potential tenants and homeowners. At JSM, we have partnered with Rubbermaid to offer complete closet storage solutions to our clients. We offer turn-key solutions using top-quality products from a range of competitively priced wire shelving to high end custom melamine shelving. All installations are field measured prior to our installation to ensure success.
Door Hardware
We offer a wide variety of exterior and interior door hardware solutions for all commercial and residential properties. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic locks, multifamily tenant entry access systems, handlesets, deadbolts, cylindrical/tubular locks, closers, exit devices, and more.
Bathroom Accessories
As a compliment to your plumbing fixtures, accessories can greatly improve the look and function of any bathroom. Some examples of items we install are towel bars, towel rings, toilet tissue holders, robe hooks, shower rods, and grab bars. We provide complete and proper installation of all top manufacturers’ products. From residential to public bathrooms, we understand code compliance and how to do a quality install that will last.
Mirrors & Medicine Cabinets
At JSM, we have partnered with some of the top manufacturers in the industry to offer a wide variety of options in custom sizing to fit your vanity in both frameless polished edge & framed mirror options. In medicine cabinets, we offer mirror front, recessed & surface mounted cabinets with steel, plastic, and aluminum bodies.
Toilet Partitions
Field measured and custom fabricated public restroom toilet partitions available in multiple configurations – overhead braced, floor anchored, ceiling hung, and floor to ceiling pilasters. We also offer several material options including stainless steel, powder coated steel, plastic laminate, solid plastic, and phenolic.
Fire Protection
Based on life safety code requirements within your building, JSM provides fire protection products such as multi-purpose dry chemical fire extinguishers (2.5LB, 5LB, 10LB), fire rated & non-fire rated extinguisher cabinets, as well as over the range fire suppression canisters. All extinguishers include certification tags.
Window Treatments
With a focus on residential and multifamily projects, our team has years of experience providing and installing window treatments of many different varieties including 1” vinyl, 1” aluminum, 2” faux wood, and roller shades. All are field measured prior to fabrication to ensure the correct sizing.

Our expert management team can help coordinate a mailbox system to meet USPS requirements for all apartment complexes, commercial buildings, multifamily homes, and condominiums. Offering 4C Recessed, Pedestal Mounted CBU, Rent Drop Boxes, and Key Keepers for a complete solution.
Bike Storage Rooms
From start to finish, our team regularly handles commercial grade bike storage rooms on multifamily projects. This includes wall or floor mounted rack systems, bike repair stations, as well as commercial grade bike pumps. All pricing includes dimensioning the space available to ensure code compliance and an installation that will stand the test of time.
